| Evabella invited her big brother Alexander to play the violin for us. He is putting the foam chin rest under the violin to make it comfortable when he plays. |

| The violin has 4 strings. Each string makes a different sound. You can pluck the string with your finger or run the bow across the string to make a sound. |

| Alexander does not read music when he plays a tune. He listens to a tune and then plays it by ear. This is the Suzuki method of learning to play music. |
